Sanzo: Goku's Sun, guardian, and undoubtedly his Most Important Person. Goku follows him everywhere, and would do absolutely anything for him.

Gojyo: Goku's big brother figure. He annoys the hell out of Goku, and Goku annoys him right back - but when it comes down the wire, Goku's ready and willing to help him out with whatever he needs.

Hakkai: If Sanzo could be considered Goku's father figure, Hakkai is definitely his mom. Hakkai looks after him, teaches him, comforts him when he needs it - Hakkai's awesome.

Kougaiji: A friendly rival of sorts, Kougaiji is Goku's usual partner when the fighting starts. He's one hell of a challenge, and Goku would love it if they could be friends for real instead of enemies.
